Dosage of Kamagra Gold 100 mg

The recommended starting dose is half of a 100 mg tablet before sexual activity. If this dose is not effective enough, only then should the dose be increased to a full 100 mg tablet. This medication should not be taken more than once a day. The effects of the medication occur with sufficient sexual stimulation. This medication is not an aphrodisiac. The effect sets in half an hour to an hour after taking the medication; for the jelly form, it occurs after just 10 minutes. This time is longer if the product is taken with food or shortly after a meal. The effect lasts 4–5 hours. It is not recommended to consume large amounts of alcohol before using the product. Alcohol and fatty foods reduce the effect.

Patients who have had a heart attack or have other heart problems, high or low blood pressure, or have poor blood clotting. Anyone who has an allergic reaction to sildenafil. Anyone taking medications containing nitric oxide or nitrates, which are used, among other things, to treat certain cases of angina pectoris (chest pain). The most commonly used nitrates include nitroglycerin and isosorbide dinitrate. This medication should not be taken concurrently with drugs containing nitrates or capable of releasing nitric oxide, or with products containing isosorbide mononitrate and isosorbide dinitrate. Concomitant use of this medication with other drugs requires approval from your treating physician, especially if you are taking cimetidine, erythromycin, or ketoconazole.

As with most medications, side effects may occur, but they are usually mild and temporary.
